Our Sunday services commence at 11am and 7pm.

Both services last for approximately an hour and offer opportunities to pray,sing and hear God speaking to us from the Bible.

 Strand is a congregation of all ages.

You will not be put in an uncomfortable position by any part of our services as you worship. Dress is informal.

We use a blend of the best of traditional and contemporary songs and music, led by our Praise Group, which practices every 1st and 3rd Sunday evening; new members always welcome.

We use down to earth language as we worship and listen to God’s message for us in our lives today.

The main points of the message appear on a screen to help in following what the speaker is saying.

The morning service is a good place to sample our church’s worship for the first time. It’s especially suitable for those seeking to find out more about the Christian faith. At the end of the service quite a number of people linger to enjoy a chat with their friends.

Children are welcome to stay in church for the first part of the service, before going to the church halls to enjoy learning about God in Sunday PALS at a level suitable for them. A creche is also provided.

The evening service explores the relevance of some part of the Bible in greater depth and seeks to help us better understand what it means to follow Jesus in the 21st Century.

As with the morning service it is usual for people to linger for a chat with a cup of tea being provided in the winter months.
