Strand Church hosts the 42nd Boys Brigade Company, comprising of the Anchor Boys, the Junior Section and the Company Section

Anchor Boys (P1 - P4) Starts 11th Sept 2008.
Thursday nights 6.30 pm - 7.45 pm

Every week the boys play games, do craft activities and hear Bible stories
|
|
|
|
|
|
Outings are arranged throughout the year

Junior Section (P5 - P7) Starts 15th Sept 2008.
Monday nights 7.00 pm - 8.30 pm

|
Every week the boys play games, do craft activities, learn music, cooking and do P.E.
They also do badge work, figure marching and hear Bible stories.

Company Section (Form 1 +) Starts 11th Sept 2008.
Thursday nights 8.15pm - 10.00pm
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The Company Section meets each Thursday evening in the Church halls for a varied programme, including Bible class, Badge Work, Drill, Physical Activities and Games.
Approximately every 6 weeks an outside activity such as ten pin bowling, Laserquest and swimming forms part of the programme.
